Loaf Social is a pioneering cooperative-run bakery and cookery school located in Stirchley, South Birmingham. Established in 2009, their guiding principle is to provide great food for the community and build community through great food. Coming out of the pandemic, Loaf has an exciting future in store. In 2023 they will move into new purpose-built premises, still in Stirchley, co-owned and run with other co-ops, giving Loaf the space and platform to grow both the bakery and the cookery school.
